FAQ

All military training is led by a specialized instructor.

This activity requires a reservation at least 72 hours in advance, depending on availability.

A minimum of 20 participants is required.

We recommend participants come in sportswear and footwear suitable for outdoor physical activities.

Although the training is designed for groups, we run several sessions throughout the day that you can join. This activity is particularly recommended for team-building events.

The intensity increases gradually but also reaches moments of discomfort for a more authentic experience (though not 100% authentic – we want to keep it fun!).

There’s no specific age limit, but we do take age into account when forming groups to ensure exercises and intensity are suitable for everyone.
